I pretty much agree with you. I do think it'll remain part of his life story - how significant only time will tell. I support deleting the "and alleged sex ring involvement" from the header, especially where the only accuser against him in that regard (Virginia Giuffre) retracted accusations she made against another prominent Epstein associate (Dershowitz).
