I have finished implementing new templates and have removed state columns from former judge tables

Another user created the new templates in December and implemented them in a couple articles. As it is kind of stupid to have a state column which will always reflect the same state, I have implemented them on all District Court/Trade Court articles, removing the useless column. The templates and columns will be left as is in Courts of Appeals articles and other court articles where the state column is actually useful. I have also tried to get a handle on table width by implementing single word termination reasons and piping extremely long names. Just a heads up to everybody. Wikipedia:Destubathon of the Americas

Project members are invited to participate in the Destubathon of the Americas, a contest/editathon which will run from May 1 to May 31. The goal is to destub as many of our 475,000+ stubs for the Americas (from Alaska down to Chile) as possible. Proper style for U.S. district judges

Just feel the need to keep reiterating to this project group that proper style for any U.S. district court judge is "United States District Judge" not "Judge of the United States District Court". This is validated by all district judge confirmations/commissions, federal gov style guides, and non-government style manuals like AP style guide.

"Judge of the United States District Court" is a common but informal colloquialism, like "U.S. President" or "Member of the U.S. Senate".
