This technique sounds like what johnny rabb has been demonstrating recently? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 202.161.13.166 (talk) 03:00, 16 January 2006
Huh?
The current description of the technique doesn't make any sense to me. Anyone want to try to clarify it? dbtfztalk 01:20, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
-I clarified the technique on the page. Evan Seeds (talk) 02:14, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
- Thanks, it's understandable now. What would really be cool is an audio clip of what it sounds like. :-) dbtfztalk 03:05, 20 March 2006 (UTC)
- I just watched the Johnny Rabb video linked to from the Freehand technique article. It shows in great detail how the technique works, and is very helpful. I really think that the two articles should be merged, as has been suggested, though I'll leave that to someone with more expertise on the subject. dbtfztalk 03:22, 20 March 2006 (UTC)

Perhaps this article would be suitable to merge as a section of the blast beat article, since it is essentially a variation of the same sonic goal. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Vortiene (talk • contribs) 19:30, 25 November 2013
- I think it should be merged. A Google Books search for "'gravity roll' 'drumming' -wikipedia" turns up 0 results (while taking "drumming" out of quote marks turns up 138, most of them auto-generated content & unrelated to music). Hyacinth (talk) 04:39, 27 July 2014 (UTC)
