- Support We should apply WP:Common Sense, which would suggest that arbitrarily de-capping this line, when every similar one in the same category is capitalised makes very little sense. G-13114 (talk) 15:15, 11 July 2021 (UTC)
- Support - it's a proper noun, and proper nouns should be capitalised. This is not a descriptive-type line, where we're describing something that has no proper name, it has a proper name and that is Great Western Main Line. -mattbuck (Talk) 19:05, 11 July 2021 (UTC)

- Comment Arguably this should never have been moved to lower-case in the first place, as it was always capitalised until 2017. Reading viaduct/flyover
This article seems to be missing the now not so new Reading flyover/viaduct to the west of Reading station. Is this structure deemed to insignificant to warrant a mention in the Tunnels, viaducts and major bridges section? (Argoed (talk) 16:17, 22 November 2025 (UTC))

- There is already an article entitled Reading Viaduct. However this is about a completely different structure in Philadelphia, USA. (Argoed (talk) 19:17, 22 November 2025 (UTC))
- It's not really an elevated railway, but it is a flyover - part of a group of flying junctions that comprise the northern side of Reading triangle. Their purpose was to keep the express passenger services between Paddington and Didcot (and further west) clear of the slower local passenger services and the freight trains.
