Proposal: Add Slim Jesus to notable residents of Hamilton, Ohio

I’d like to propose reintroducing the viral drill rapper Slim Jesus (Easton Phillips) as a notable resident of Hamilton, Ohio. My previous addition was swiftly reverted, but I believe the evidence meets the Notability and WP:RS guidelines:

Bloomberg ran a profile explicitly titled "How Hamilton, Ohio, Produced 'Slim Jesus'" (2015).
His debut single "Drill Time" went viral, with 60M+ YouTube views and millions of Spotify plays.
He has been extensively covered in multiple national outlets like MTV, Complex and Vice, as well as Ohio regional press such as Soapbox Media.

I’m no Slim Jesus fanboy, but it feels inconsistent that Hamilton’s most visible viral export is absent from a list that includes journeyman guitarists, assistant basketball coaches and other lesser-known figures.

I do recognize that the current "Slim Jesus" page redirects to "Drill Time." That seems like its own shortcoming, and I’d support creating a proper bio page if consensus allows. Please share your thoughts on the inclusion.

The guidelines for settlement articles state that, Notable People sections should include "only people with a Wikipedia article." Since Slim Jesus currently does not have a dedicated article, and the page Slim Jesus currently redirects to Drill Time, this means that Slim Jesus should not yet be included on the Notable People section for this article. However, based upon your description of the variety of reliable sources about Slim Jesus, a draft article about Slim Jesus would likely pass approval. Therefore, I second your idea that you create a draft article for Slim Jesus to replace the redirect, and if and when that article is approved, Slim Jesus can be added under the Notable People section. I'm no expert on writing drafts and get them approved, so I would suggest checking out Wikipedia:Articles for creation and/or asking for help at the Wikipedia:Teahouse. Thanks for the detailed reply! That makes sense. I'm not an expert in creating or rescoping articles either, but in the meantime I've opened a topic in Talk:Drill Time, to suggest converting that page into a proper article for Mr. Jesus.
