Doesn't seem to be speculation in my view given the article is from a reliable source used elsewhere on this article and gives direct quotes from the subject with respect to the point on his intentions. Not related to twitter speculation at all. FeWorld (talk) 22:43, 19 July 2021 (UTC)

Ice Poseidon is an entertainer and says a lot of things for shock value. There is no reliable source that this is a scam and his joke is being taken out of context. Ice Poseidon has admitted to scamming his followers, though he doesn't like saying it like that since it makes him sound like the bad guy. It wasn't until after he was confronted publically that he made any effort to reverse his rugging the coin, and even then he only returned a small portion of the money to some of his investors leaving most of them holding the bag. ^[1]2600:1702:2BD0:3F90:6407:DFD7:BB0A:66E2 (talk) 17:19, 2 February 2022 (UTC)

He knew it was a scam, and admits it-- though he weasels out of being direct and honest about the grift. The subject of the article is not autistic. The article cited states "The callers say that they are Paul Denino’s father or his mother and they urgently need to talk to their son, who is autistic". well, I had truly believed that the subject of this article had not had autism, however, I have found a clip of his past live brodcast where he had admitted to his fanbase that he was diagnosed with Asperger's. Outside of a small gaming community, he is most famous for playing a leading role in an incredibly cruel and illegal cryptocurrency scam, which is noted in this Wikipedia page. Between "In January 2022, Paul admitted to scamming over $500k from his fans in a pump and dump crypto scheme by removing funds from the liquidity pool as well as withdrawing from the pre-sale and marketing wallet."

And "He later denied the project was a scam arguing he did not advertise the project to casual fans and defended his withdrawals from the liquidity pool."

Add: "In a recorded conversation with youtuber Coffeezilla, Paul stated that he personally earned about $300k from the project and said: "I could give the money back. It is within my power, but I'm going to look out for myself and not do that.""

IP's June 2023 arrest in Thailand will probably end up warranting a new section. In the meantime I think we should wait until the matter is adjudicated to add details, or at least until IP finds out if can leave the country. Please though, if it does not, do not use the same old image, update it to a current photo of Paul Denino. Mr.Denino has expressed his dislike for this photograph. I do not have a newer original photograph, however the original image you uploaded shows even less of the article subject and still isn't suitable likely. Have a read of Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Images#Pertinence and encyclopedic nature.

Best to use WP:3O for such situations.

I don't keep up on the general consensus around image selection, but I think this case doesn't seem too difficult. I'd follow MOS:IMAGEQUALITY by keeping the latest, good-quality portrait at the top of the article. The alternative isn't a portrait, and I don't think a good-quality one can be created from it due to the lens flare.
