Comment: I can see there is significant coverage, particularly in Афиша, with multiple writers involved. The second paragraph of the Biography section is not written in formal, encyclopedic terms, but it's just one paragraph. Under WP:MUSICBIO notability can also be shown if 2 albums released by a major label. Tragic City and Magic City were released by Warner / Atlantic, however it would be good to identify / verify that in the text (just two references are OK for this).
