- Hi BadhonCR. The article is new enough and long enough. You did not need to provide QPQ. There are several textual issues, and I would like to start with the hook:
- The hook right now is boring, and it will be boring to anyone who does not know Bengali. That includes your reviewer. I didn't know until today that a mandir is a Hindu temple. You need to find a hook that might interest someone without that knowledge. Our best hooks are accessible to our global audience. Bangladesh is a majority Muslim country, so I think the fact that a university there built a Hindu temple is worth pointing out. It may also seem unusual (certainly to me) that a Hindu temple is built at a public university. So let's try this. Please point me to the sources that would cover this and provide a translation.
- ALT1: ... that the University of Chittagong in Bangladesh built a temple for the celebration of the Hindu festival Saraswati Puja?
- After the lead section, all claims need a citation in an article headed for DYK. A long passage is uncited:
Subsequently, with the cooperation of the university administration, alumni, teachers, and well-wishers, infrastructural development activities of the temple premises began. Initially, boundary walls, retention walls, and land-filling works were completed. After these works, annual Saraswati Puja celebrations were organized at the site under the open sky.
Please remediate this.- Was the temple partially built without a roof and used annually for years? I get that sense from reading this article as it stands, and that may generate a good hook fact.
- There are many details in this article that strike me as excessive, especially since the entities involved are not notable or don't have articles. Why is it worth pointing out that
interior design and technical assistance were provided by The-Ad Communication
, for instance? Is the foundation that financed the construction noteworthy?

- The best advice I have is to think about this topic as if it is far from you. What might be interesting or noteworthy to a reader from the United States or Europe about this temple? What facts are mere trivia and not worth repeating in an article? Ping me when you've made changes. Sammi Brie (she/her · t · c) 07:42, 11 June 2026 (UTC)
