"Research"

I'm now writing this out as my previous edit was reversed for not explaining myself.

This subsection is quite poorly thought out. Not only is the name unhelpful, in the way that it doesn't say much, but the content is also lacking – containing mostly info about potential alterantive uses for sertaline (mainly as a fungicidial etc agent). Most of this info (excluding the part about it being a promising food preserving agent) should be under some other headline, possibly the "Other indications" subsection of "Medical uses".

In addition, "When mothers take sertraline during pregnancy, there is research evidence that the newborn may experience sertraline withdrawal symptoms." would much better fit under "Side effects" where the extent of sertaline's interaction (or lack thereof) with newborns is discussed. - Neptuunium (talk) 17:22, 28 January 2026 (UTC)
