In the intro, where it mentions it as a medications, please add that it is a PDE5 inhibitor (I.e. Sildenafil, sold under the brand name Viagra among others, is a PDE5 inhibitor medication”). It says viagra was initially studied to treat hypertension (high blood pressure) and angina pectoris (a symptom of ischaemic heart disease).However, it was initially only studied to treat angina pectoris. High blood pressure came later. This is also confirmed in the source that it references. ~2026-16683-33 (talk) 00:47, 17 March 2026 (UTC)
