In the table for Uncyclomedia projects, there is an inaccuracy I would like to correct. UnGames is not a parody of Choose-Your-Own-Adventure books, they are a parody of Wikipedia:Wikipedia games. Parting Shot (talk) 03:40, 8 January 2025 (UTC)

@A1Cafel: Here's a reference: Not all the games are like Choose-your-own-adventures, only the ones in the "Adventure Games" section. For example, . Parting Shot (talk) 03:08, 10 January 2025 (UTC)

A citation from the project itself is not something Wikipedia regards as a "reliable source." I would bet there is no reliable source; that no news article about Uncyclopedia has discussed it in such detail as to state what the basis is for individual subprojects. Reliable source or no, if the table is to remain in the article, it ought to be correct, and project participants are a trustworthy source. For my money, the text of the Subprojects section is a sufficient explanation; the table — like the basis of an individual joke — is an attempt to document lore of the project in Wikipedia. The uncyclopedia.co fork is an unofficial fork of the Uncyclopedia. uncyclopedia.com is the genuine fork, as the initial version of that website, at uncyclopedia.org, moved to uncyclopedia.wikia.com, then that page moved to uncyclopedia.com. The uncyclopedia.co fork is an unofficial fork of the Wikia site (now uncyclopedia.com); it even states that in the article. CC'ing @Spike-from-NH: he is an administrator on uncyclopedia.com so I think that he will be able to help with this. 2604:3D08:3682:4500:5D9D:5B7C:FB9C:C1E9 (talk) 02:26, 24 August 2025 (UTC)

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. — Manticore 02:30, 24 August 2025 (UTC)
What I'm saying is, remove references to the unofficial fork (uncyclopedia.co) in favour of the official site (uncyclopedia.com) for the reasons listed above. 2604:3D08:3682:4500:5D9D:5B7C:FB9C:C1E9 (talk) 03:06, 24 August 2025 (UTC)
No, please peruse the archives and note the working agreement that this page maintain neutrality between the two websites. We ought not declare one fork "genuine" and the other "unofficial" or even omit mention of it entirely. Moreover, Admins on either website ought not "help with this" per WP:NPOV. The second paragaph of History adequately summarizes the motivation for having separate websites. Spike-from-NH (talk) 07:52, 24 August 2025 (UTC)
ok thank you! 2604:3D08:3682:4500:5D9D:5B7C:FB9C:C1E9 (talk) 18:37, 24 August 2025 (UTC)
