One thing is World Classical Tamil Conference is "NOT" a "World Tamil Conference". It has not been approved by the "World Tamil Confederation". Since it has not been granted approval from the WTC, the name of the meet has been changed to "World Classical Tamil Conference". Can someone cite a few sources??
