Taoroinai (Manipuri: ꯇꯥꯎꯔꯣꯢꯅꯥꯢ) is a snake-like dragon in Meitei mythology and Sanamahism, the indigenous religion of Manipur.[1][4][2][5] It lived in the land of the Moon.[3] According to the Shakok Lamlen, the Kangla was constructed over the navel of Taoroinai.[1]
