Tila Kenar (Persian: تيلاكنار)[a] is a village in Kelarabad-e Gharbi Rural District[4][b] of Salmanshahr District[c] in Abbasabad County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 374 in 109 households, when it was in Kelarabad Rural District[d] of the former Abbasabad District in Tonekabon County.[7] The following census in 2011 counted 535 people in 174 households,[8] by which time the district had been separated from the county in the establishment of Abbasabad County. The rural district was transferred to the new Kelarabad District[e] and renamed Kelarabad-e Gharbi Rural District.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 616 people in 207 households,[2] when the district had been renamed Salmanshahr District.[6]
