Union Township is located in Livingston County, Illinois. As of the 2010 census, its population was 240 and it contained 98 housing units.[2] Union Township formed from Odell Township in 1864.
According to the 2010 census, the township has a total area of 35.26 square miles (91.3 km2), of which 35.23 square miles (91.2 km2) (or 99.91%) is land and 0.03 square miles (0.078 km2) (or 0.09%) is water.[2]
