I’ve updated the draft with multiple independent and reliable sources, including English and Marathi coverage (Times of India, Indian Express, Loksatta, Nagpur Today), as well as substantial coverage of Ankush Shinde’s leadership roles, anti-Naxalite operations, juvenile crime reforms, and awards like the President’s Police Medal and the Arun Bongirwar Award.

I believe this addresses the notability concerns raised earlier. Would you kindly consider re-reviewing the draft, or let me know if you recommend specific improvements?
