Talk pages
To continue your question from Discord. Wikipedia:Talk dos and don'ts has a very simplified version of customs. The Wikipedia Adventure has some information, I believe.
This is how talk pages are used, to communicate! Others may give accolades to appreciate your work, leave a comment about your work or give you a warning.
As above, use four tildes (~~~~) to sign, but you don't have to if using the VisualEditor. The VisualEditor automatically does it for you! Cheers, CF-501 Falcon (talk · contribs) 22:28, 17 March 2025 (UTC)

- You are welcome! What I just did is "Thank you". You should get a notification saying "CF-501 Falcon thanked you...". It is a quick way to acknowledge a message or think someone for a specific edit. Cheers, CF-501 Falcon (talk · contribs) 00:01, 18 March 2025 (UTC)
