I'm writing to gently inform (or remind) you of Wikipedia:Cleaning_up_vandalism — you should warn vandals on their talk page after reverting their edits. Most people use these templates: Wikipedia:Vandalism#Warnings. Most vandals desist after being warned, and in the rare case that they continue, sufficient warning is required before reporting to administrators at AIV. Several anti-vandalism tools, including Twinkle, have features which allow you to warn a user in just a few clicks; a list can be found here. Hi, thanks for cleaning up the recent vandalism on Rob Zombie! You are under no obligation to do so, but you should consider using a counter-vandalism tool, such as Twinkle. This includes features such as one-click "rollback" of vandalism, restoring to a previous version, and makes it easy to leave warnings on user pages.
