Speedy deletion nomination of File:Palestinian Journalist Mariam Dagga.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:Palestinian Journalist Mariam Dagga.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a non-free file from a commercial source (e.g. Associated Press, Getty Images), where the file itself is not the subject of sourced commentary. If you can explain why the file can be used under the non-free content guidelines, please add the appropriate non-free use tag and rationale.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Whpq (talk) 16:11, 29 August 2025 (UTC)
Drafting an open letter
Hey Darouet. I saw your comment on Talk:Gaza genocide. Would you be interested in helping draft an open letter on this topic, akin to Wikipedia:2024 open letter to the Wikimedia Foundation? That didn't get us anywhere, but this might. I've opened a userpage over at User:Wound theology/Draft open letter for this. wound theology◈ 01:51, 5 November 2025 (UTC)

Tychonic system, Heilbron 2010
Hello, I've noticed that the article had a short reference but that it lacked the full one. You appear to have inserted it here. The content that it now supports appears to be the same (the ban). I wondered if that citation would be Galileo, so that it can be completed? Thanks, ~2026-10830-00 (talk) 15:46, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
- Yes, that's correct: thanks for checking! I apologize, I don't have the book in front of me at the moment. -Darouet (talk) 20:22, 18 February 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks for confirming, now expanded. ~2026-10830-00 (talk) 00:42, 20 February 2026 (UTC)
