Updated Draft: Colorist Society International

Hello @pythoncoder,

Thank you for your feedback regarding the initial draft and for moving it to the draft space. I have performed a significant manual rewrite of the article to address the concerns.

I have removed promotional language and "mission statement" phrasing, replacing it with clinical, factual descriptions of the organization’s activities. I have replaced almost all the self-published sources with independent, secondary coverage. I highlighted the organization's role in the 2025 IMDb credit updates as reported by Variety.

I merged some sections into a more objective "Activities and Advocacy" section and trimmed the "Membership" details.

I believe the draft is way better. I would appreciate it if you or another experienced editor could take a second look.

The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of non-free use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
