Your submission at Articles for creation: House of Ka (February 3)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Moritoriko was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of films). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
I would really like to see some independent reviews of this movie. I spot checked 3 sources and they all said the same thing about the movie, leading me to think its just copied from the producers.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit it after they have been resolved.

Thank you so much, Moritoriko! I appreciate your time and feedback here. I just added a few more sources to help with this. I'm obviously pretty new to this, so I appreciate your patience and help. Domingos53 (talk) 07:28, 3 February 2026 (UTC)
I looked at the new sources added, the Fangoria site is the best but it still heavily relies on quotes from the production. Do you know if there are any horror focused sites that might have given a movie review after it came out? Some kind of independent review where they write a paragraph or two about if it is good or bad and why etc, and not just letterboxd reviews but like a proper reviewer, even if they are genre focused would be okay. You can find more information on the page WP:NFILM, if you have more specific questions I'd be happy to answer them. Moritoriko (talk) 11:49, 3 February 2026 (UTC)
Thank you again for your time and help here. I really appreciate your guidance. I found a few more write-ups in Comic Basics, Fiction Horizon, and Record Eagle in addition to the Fangoria article that talk about what the film has achieved. Domingos53 (talk) 09:46, 4 February 2026 (UTC)

I would also recommend finding some reviews to help with point 2 of WP:NFO.

Thank you for your help and guidance with this article. Quick question, does the film need to be five years old for point 2 of WP:NFO? This film seems to be a recent film and I'm not sure it would qualify for that. I think I've seen films sooner than 5 years appear on Wikipedia. But maybe I'm off on something there.
