I understand that you tried to restore the pre-sock version, that's fine. However, after I reverted the edit by the sock on 13th, I found the source to be good enough to support the historical name of the town. Was traversing this user page and saw your text. I've updated the ref at Umar Soomro I. The edition added by the user is from the year 1990. The ref which actually supports the text is from 2002. It is possible that the user just saw the Google text snippet which can have incorrect text or metadata sometimes. They did something similar at Kalhora which I had to update. Cheers.
