Hello, I'm Magnolia677. An edit that you recently made seemed to be generated using a large language model (an "AI chatbot" or other application using such technology). Text produced by these applications can be unsuitable for an encyclopedia, and output must be carefully checked. Your edit may have been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use your sandbox. If you think a mistake was made, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Hell, Magnolia677. Thanks for reviewing my recent edits. I noticed you reverted some, due to concerns about AI-generated content and sourcing. I totally get wanting to keep the article solid and well-sourced. If you could point out which parts specifically seem AI-generated or need better references, I’d be happy to improve those. I’m open to adding citations or adjusting the wording as needed. As for the AI part. even if some drafting help was used, I’m committed to making sure everything meets Wikipedia’s standards. The key thing is verifiable, reliable info, right? Per WP:LLM, content quality and sources matter more than method. Each addition was based on factual content supported either directly or indirectly by sources that are publicly accessible and consistent with Wikipedia’s content policies. Maybe we could move the discussion to the Talk page? It’d be great to get others’ input and find a solution that works for everyone.EncycloSphere (talk) 02:54, 29 July 2025 (UTC)

Please refrain from making edits generated using a large language model (an "AI chatbot" or other application using such technology) in Wikipedia pages without carefully reviewing them, even if you intend to fix them later. Your edits have been reverted. If you would like to experiment, please use your sandbox. Thank you. Jumpytoo Talk 05:42, 3 August 2025 (UTC)
- Hello Jumpytoo, Thanks for reaching out. I understand your concern about generated content and appreciate you pointing it out. I shall make sure to review everything more carefully going forward to stay within Wikipedia’s guidelines. Just to clarify, my edit was made in good faith and with the intention of improving the article not as a test. If there were any specific issues, I would really appreciate it if you could point them out. I will gladly look for more appropriate citations if that is the issue. I am more than happy to help resolve anything. It looks like you may also be a new user so any help in given more correct situation would be helpful. With respect, I’d encourage a more collaborative approach when reverting, especially on history pages. Just as a friendly reminder, Wikipedia's guidelines like WP:BRD, WP:EDITWAR, and WP:AGF encourage leaving clear edit summaries and having a quick discussion before or after reverting someone’s edits. It really helps with misunderstandings.EncycloSphere (talk) 06:46, 3 August 2025 (UTC)

- As I get older, I’ve come to see time differently, not just as something passing, but as something to use wisely and with intention. I’m not here to stir trouble or challenge for the sake of it; rather, I’m simply trying to contribute where I can. Knowledge is a valuable gift. I’ve always tried to act with care, but I now better understand the value of listening, taking responsibility, and remaining open to the perspectives of others. I recognize that to make mistakes is part of being human. While I never set out to get things wrong, I do my best to acknowledge when I do and to learn from the experience. Even the more tedious or frustrating tasks—like fixing references or citations—can turn into opportunities for growth I feel. They challenge to be more precise, more thoughtful, and perhaps even a little more humble. And if in the process, someone else benefits from what I’ve learned, that makes it all the more worthwhile. To show more my human side, I live with two cats, one was passed along from a family member, and the other simply showed up one day and decided to stay. But am a Dog person myself I have to say. I didn’t actively seek them out, but they’ve become part of my daily life and, in a way, part of who I am. I’ve often imagined taking a break and traveling somewhere new, Niagara Falls was one place that came to mind once in a blue moon. I’ve always heard that Canadians are friendly and welcoming, though I have to say at times I felt you a bit cold to the touch. Still, I try to keep an open mind. When it comes to AI, I see it as another tool, one that isn’t going away and may, in time, become an integral part of how we live and communicate. That doesn’t mean we shouldn’t challenge it or shape its use thoughtfully, but I do believe in engaging with it realistically. As the world becomes more interconnected, I still hold a deep respect for the richness of the past, particularly Europe’s enduring historical and cultural legacy. I know there’s so much more to explore, Asia, Africa, and the Americas OfCourse, all have unique stories and contributions that deserve attention. Someday, if life allows, I’d love to travel not just to see new places, but to experience different ways of thinking, living, and being. I think that’s what helps us grow, not just in knowledge, but in character. However, knowledge helps bridge. Sorry if I did not keep it brief, I though it important to share more.EncycloSphere (talk) 23:34, 3 August 2025 (UTC)
- If writing your own edits on an encyclopedia that is supposed to be written by human is too taxing on the time you have remaining in life, there's a foolproof method for preserve that time: not editing on a human-written encyclopedia at all. As I approach 50, I also find myself finding I've started thinking of my time as an asset to not be squandered. So I don't just do things I find a waste of time, or use my time to make a collaborative project worse. If we wanted our human-written encyclopedia to be automatically generated by the creations of OpenAI or Perplexity or a number of similar companies, we'd just refer readers to them or automatically query these sources ourselves.
- You referenced above the community finding a solution that works for everyone. I have one: stop making disruptive AI edits, and save everyone's time, including your own. It's not fair that editors like GnomingStuff have to use their time remaining to comb through and remove the garbage edits you created over the last month.
