Information icon Please do not add or change content, as you did at List of non-marine molluscs of Morocco, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources to see how to add references to an article. Thank you. M.Bitton (talk) 20:11, 27 December 2025 (UTC)

Sorry, but I need an explanation for this, I cited sources, is GBIF database, not enough "reliable"?
Is the frequencey of occurences about these gastropods, not sufficient?
Please explain, thank you. Existing entity (talk) 20:19, 27 December 2025 (UTC)

Question: where in the source that you used does it say that Ampullaceana balthica is endemic to Morocco? M.Bitton (talk) 20:19, 27 December 2025 (UTC)

I made a mistake, sorry, was about to correct it, but please don't delete all of the work. Existing entity (talk) 20:21, 27 December 2025 (UTC)
Another question: where in the other cited sources is the country mentioned? M.Bitton (talk) 20:23, 27 December 2025 (UTC)
Which "other cited sources?" Existing entity (talk) 20:24, 27 December 2025 (UTC)
The others. Here's one of them. M.Bitton (talk) 20:26, 27 December 2025 (UTC)
I mean, it was encountered inside Morocco, so I had to say yes, to add it.
If you want we can elaborate to solve some mistakes, but, please, don't delete all of the work; it's not completely wrong. Existing entity (talk) 20:30, 27 December 2025 (UTC)
How about you answer the simple question?
Where in this source is the country mentioned? M.Bitton (talk) 20:31, 27 December 2025 (UTC)
Here: Existing entity (talk) 20:36, 27 December 2025 (UTC)
That's not what you used, but that's fine. Please do not replace the map again. Also worth remembering is the fact that CBIF is a primary source. M.Bitton (talk) 20:38, 27 December 2025 (UTC)
Fine, I'll avoid making more mistakes and replacing any map regarding Western Sahara which I honestly thought it was un-updated, because of the current situation. Thank you. Existing entity (talk) 20:44, 27 December 2025 (UTC)

Introduction to contentious topics

You have recently edited a page related to the Arab–Israeli conflict, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.

A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia's norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have an expanded level of powers and discretion in order to reduce disruption to the project.

Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:

Additionally, you must be logged in, have 500 edits, and have an account age of 30 days, and you are not allowed to make more than 1 revert within 24 hours on any page within this topic.

Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures, you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

Information icon Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. A page you recently created, Draft:2026 timeline of the Somali Civil War, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for new pages, so it has been moved to where you can continue to work on it. It's a timeline list, there's not much to be 'unconform'. Existing entity (talk) 22:41, 11 January 2026 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Category:Lists of armed conflicts in 2026

A tag has been placed on Category:Lists of armed conflicts in 2026 indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 21:27, 12 January 2026 (UTC)

Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Cap Radio (Morocco), a link pointing to the disambiguation page was French. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ  Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

With regard to this edit: is there a reason why you changed the map to such a super POV one? M.Bitton (talk) 19:40, 4 February 2026 (UTC)

It was more centered to the territories, I saw Morocco being closer to the US so I chose that map, it's okay if you want the more global one. Existing entity (talk) 21:25, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
Also, why Dakhla has "Dakhla, Western Sahara" as it's title instead of simply Dakhla, I mean it's the only city named like that. I also wanted to discuss this in Talk:Dakhla, Western Sahara, but nobody seemed to answer. Existing entity (talk) 21:32, 4 February 2026 (UTC)
It's not about what I want: it's a POV map that shouldn't be used, and since I asked you previously not to do that, I hope it won't happen again.
As for the title, it's not the only Dakhla mentioned in RS, so the descriptive title is less misleading. M.Bitton (talk) 22:14, 4 February 2026 (UTC)

Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. ScalarFactor (talk) 23:50, 11 February 2026 (UTC)

Examples on Indonesians in Saudi Arabia

I don't see the need to include Assim al-Hakeem as an example of a Saudi of Indonesian descent. Examples are generraly used when a description might not explain to the reader what is being referred to and I think the preceding text explains what "Saudis of Indonesian descent" are just fine. It also cuts up the flow of the paragraph. DervotNum4 (talk) 16:07, 16 February 2026 (UTC)
