Request reason:
It has been nearly a decade since I edited a page (with good intentions) and was blocked for vandalism. Surely a life sentence for a mistake is a bit extreme, especially given that I wanted to help (and still do). Finlarion (talk) 04:08, 18 March 2026 (UTC)
Accept reason:
It wasn't a "life sentence", just no specific end date and you only needed to convince someone to remove it instead of waiting it out. You probably could have been unblocked immediately after with a successful unblock request.
