Draft moved: IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator
Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. This is just a note to let you know that I've moved the draft that you were working on to Draft:IBM Db2 Analytics Accelerator. This has been done because the Draft namespace is the preferred location for Articles for Creation submissions. Please feel free to continue to work on it there. If you have any questions about this, you are welcome to ask me on my talk page. Thank you. Bobby Cohn 🍁 (talk) 14:37, 23 March 2026 (UTC)
- You had the draft written and submitted in two locations. I've preserved the one with the AfC history. I'm going to leave a pro forma notice below about correct use cases for userpages. If you have any other questions, please feel free to ask on my talk page. Thank you. Bobby Cohn 🍁 (talk) 14:38, 23 March 2026 (UTC)
Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. I wanted to let you know that your user page may not meet Wikipedia's user page guidelines. It is intended for basic information about yourself and your interests, your goals related to editing Wikipedia, and disclosures of conflicts of interest and paid editing. Although a lot of freedom is allowed in personalizing your user page, it is not:
- an encyclopedia article (and should not be styled to look like one)
- a workspace for a draft article
- a personal website, blog, or social media site
- a space for self-promotion or other advertising
- a CV, resumé, or lengthy autobiography
The user page guidelines have additional information on what is and what is not considered acceptable content. Please use your user sandbox or the draft article space to practice editing or to create new articles. Thank you. Bobby Cohn 🍁 (talk) 14:39, 23 March 2026 (UTC)

Hello Giaveda. The nature of your edits gives the impression you have an undisclosed financial stake in promoting a topic, but you have not complied with Wikipedia's mandatory paid editing disclosure requirements. Paid advocacy is a category of conflict of interest (COI) editing that involves being employed (or being compensated in any way) by a person, group, company or organization to promote their interests. Paid advocacy on Wikipedia must be disclosed even if you have not specifically been asked to edit Wikipedia. Undisclosed paid advocacy is prohibited by our policies on neutral point of view and what Wikipedia is not and is an especially serious type of COI; the Wikimedia Foundation regards it as a "black hat" practice akin to black-hat search-engine optimization.
Paid advocates are strongly discouraged from direct article editing and should instead propose changes on the talk page of the article in question if an article exists. If the article does not exist, paid advocates are strongly discouraged from attempting to write an article at all. At best, any proposed article creation should be submitted through the articles for creation process, rather than directly.
Regardless, if you are receiving or expect to receive compensation for your edits, broadly construed, you are required by the Wikimedia Terms of Use to disclose your employer, client and affiliation. You can post such a mandatory disclosure to your user page at User:Giaveda. The template {{Paid}} can be used for this purpose – e.g. in the form: {{paid|user=Giaveda|employer=InsertName|client=InsertName}}. If I am mistaken – you are not being directly or indirectly compensated for your edits – please state that in response to this message. Otherwise, please provide the required disclosure. In either case, do not edit further until you answer this message. Bobby Cohn 🍁 (talk) 14:39, 23 March 2026 (UTC)
- I'm leaving this note because of your edit summary to the draft that was given when it was created in the draft space: "
Initial draft for IDAA product page, including COI disclosure and independent references
" from Special:PermaLink/1344931225. Please make sure to make the necessary declaration on your userpage. As always, I'm happy to answer questions you might have. Thanks for your contributions. Bobby Cohn 🍁 (talk) 14:41, 23 March 2026 (UTC)- Hi @Bobby Cohn, thank you for moving my draft to the correct space and for the guidance on user pages. I wanted to let you know that I have added the mandatory
{{paid}}disclosure to my user page along with a clarifying statement about my motivations. I appreciate you taking the time to help a new editor learn the ropes. Best, Giaveda. Giaveda (talk) 15:53, 23 March 2026 (UTC)
