Elias Peter Hoayek clarification
Please see the clarification note I added to your recent edit of the Peace Congress in Versailles section of the Elias Peter Hoayek article regarding "(Under Fakhreddine's rule)". Orxenhorf (talk) 06:13, 4 April 2026 (UTC)
- Hello I added a source to try to prove my claim but I didn't remove the clarification needed sign. Greeko-Phoenician (talk) 11:22, 4 April 2026 (UTC)
- @Orxenhorf if you go to the Wikipedia page for the Mount Lebanon Emirate. You will see a map of Mount Lebanon under Fakhr el din's rule which was Mount Lebanon at its greatest extent Greeko-Phoenician (talk) 11:26, 4 April 2026 (UTC)
- @Orxenhorf that's why I said in Elias's wikipedia page that those areas were apart of the Mount Lebanon Emirate Greeko-Phoenician (talk) 11:29, 4 April 2026 (UTC)
- Adding additional citations does not clarify the poorly worded section of the article. You needed to make clear whether the partial phrase in parentheses "Under Fakhreddine's rule" applied to the immediately preceding item in the list of goals (the mountains were under his control) or the entire request (they wanted the entire area to be placed under his control). After reading through articles about the area though, it looks like Fakhreddine ruled about 300 hundred years so it should be the former option. I've adjusted it accordingly to that. Orxenhorf (talk) 05:05, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
- @Orxenhorf Hello sorry for ghosting you all this time. I will look into it tomorrow and may try to make my statement more clear thank you for your patience. Greeko-Phoenician (talk) 22:45, 8 April 2026 (UTC)

Hello. Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. I noticed that one or more recent edits you made did not have an edit summary. Collaboration among editors is fundamental to Wikipedia, and every edit should be explained by a clear edit summary, or by discussion on the talk page. Please use the edit summary field to explain your reasoning for an edit or to describe what it changes. Summaries save time for other editors and reduce the chances that your edit will be misunderstood. For some edits, an adequate summary may be quite brief.
The edit summary field looks like this:
or in the visual editor:
Please provide an edit summary for every edit you make. When logged in to your Wikipedia account, you can give yourself a reminder by setting Preferences → Editing →
Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary (or the default undo summary), and then click the "Save" button.
Thanks! Prolabelmaker (talk) 11:08, 4 April 2026 (UTC)
- My apologies. I will when do it next time when I edit Greeko-Phoenician (talk) 11:12, 4 April 2026 (UTC)
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to Emirate of Mount Lebanon when you modified the page, you introduced conversion errors. The {{convert}} template can be complex and I encourage you to read its documentation but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it and when conversion errors are present they will show up in red. It is strongly recommended that you always use this before saving. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance.

Introduction to contentious topics
You have recently edited a page related to the Arab–Israeli conflict, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia's norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have an expanded level of powers and discretion in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practices;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Additionally, you must be logged in, have 500 edits, and have an account age of 30 days, and you are not allowed to make more than 1 revert within 24 hours on any page within this topic.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures, you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.

- So am I not allowed to edit anything related to the Palestinian-Israeli conflict? Greeko-Phoenician (talk) 19:36, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
- Unless you are making a constructive, uncontroversial edit request, you shouldn't be editing anything related to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. 45dogs (they/them) (talk page) (contributions) 20:30, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
- I don't understand what I did wrong. Greeko-Phoenician (talk) 20:49, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
- This is the standard template used to notify people about the restriction, and says that
does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
However, things like this are not edit requests. 45dogs (they/them) (talk page) (contributions) 21:32, 8 April 2026 (UTC)- It seems like you have misunderstood what I meant.I was saying I support renaming the Wikipedia article Greeko-Phoenician (talk) 21:57, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
- I understand that you said that. But stating that was a violation of the extended confirmed restriction, which is why I reverted you there. 45dogs (they/them) (talk page) (contributions) 22:00, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
- Oh ok. Sorry about that. I will not edit articles related to the conflict until I meet all expectations. Greeko-Phoenician (talk) 22:05, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
- @45dogs an user who joined 14 minutes ago by the name of "IsraeliIranwarrior" has just commented on the talk page for the 8 April Israeli Attacks against Lebanon. I believe wikipedia's rules and expectations also apply to this user. Also and take this with a grain of salt I believe this account was purely made to spread Israeli propaganda on Wikipedia. Considering the timing and the username it looks very suspicious to me. Not sure about you? Greeko-Phoenician (talk) 22:36, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
- @45dogs never mind it got removed Greeko-Phoenician (talk) 22:52, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
- I reverted them. Its probably just a regular troll, so its best to just ignore them for now since they seem to have stopped. If they cause more disruption feel free to ping me. 45dogs (they/them) (talk page) (contributions) 23:27, 8 April 2026 (UTC)
- Hello @45dogs I think the map in the wikipedia article for the war in Lebanon is inaccurate.looks different from the one on Liveaumap. I'm not sure which one is accurate or inaccurate. Greeko-Phoenician (talk) 22:09, 18 April 2026 (UTC)
- I generally don't involve myself in content matters within the Israeli-Palestinian conflict. If you have sources to back up the updates, try doing an edit request. 45dogs (they/them) (talk page) (contributions) 01:14, 19 April 2026 (UTC)

You are warned not to discuss any topics related to the Israel-Palestine conflict unless making clear, uncontroversial edit-requests. This is in response to your edits. -- Veggies (talk) 21:54, 21 April 2026 (UTC)
I appreciate your efforts!

| Hey, I of course advise that you stay away from Israel-Palestine related content until you reach 500 edits, but I want you to know that I believe you will be a constructive and helpful contributor to the topic once you get there. Until then, as long as you continue to make solid edits on unrelated content, you’ll be able to edit in the Israel-Palestine area in no time. 296cherry (talk) 00:46, 22 April 2026 (UTC) |

Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to set Preferences → Editing → Editor →
Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary (or the default undo summary). Thanks! Skitash (talk) 20:30, 21 May 2026 (UTC)
- Thanks.sorry I sometimes forget I will

Please stop. If you continue to add unsourced or poorly sourced content, as you did at 2008 Lebanon conflict, you may be blocked from editing. Skitash (talk) 13:26, 2 June 2026 (UTC)
- Hello.dont worry i will stop because I do not want to engage in an edit war.However I have included sources to my edits and I believe (with all respect) that my edits are being deleted for no reason. It is also very misleading to say the conflict was between "pro government sunnis" and Hezbollah. I do not want to agure you but in my opinion it should say between the March 8 alliance (led by Hezbollah) and Pro Government fighters in Beirut and Tripoli (the conflict only happened in these two cities you can search up if you want) Greeko-Phoenician (talk) 15:33, 2 June 2026 (UTC)
