I noticed that some of the warfare Wikipedia articles in the Sources section now say "This article incorporates text from this source, which is in the public domain." I always thought this meant that someone writing the article copied text from a public domain source word-for-word, and so I have always been careful to reword these old public domain sources. Was I mistaken? Should I put the PD-notice in every source that is public domain? Thanks TwoScars (talk) 20:19, 20 June 2026 (UTC)
