Unblocked
Hello, per consensus you have been unblocked. I have left the partial blocks from your old account in place, and wanted to remind you that you are still under a topic ban from AFD. You are also under WP:0RR, which I have logged. I hope you edit carefully from hereon out. Sennecaster (Chat) 21:37, 17 October 2025 (UTC)
- Welcome back, Jack. I know this is not what you were hoping for, but it is better than nothing. I suggest you tread very carefully over the next 6 months or so and then if you do as well as we all hope you will do then you can go request a removal of the topic bans that have been recorded to your accounts at: WP:Editing restrictions. Thanks. Huggums537voted! (sign🖋️|📞talk) 12:53, 18 October 2025 (UTC)
- Some unsolicited advice: only appeal one restriction at a time; going from 0 to 100 is much harder than going from 0 to 50, showing you can edit well in an area from which you were previously restricted, and then going 50 to 100. Personally, I would recommend appealing 0RR first; it is both the newer restriction and editors are generally willing to grant more leeway with revert restrictions. I wish you the best of luck, and I look forward to supporting the removal of your restrictions! Best, HouseBlaster (talk • he/they) 15:49, 18 October 2025 (UTC)
- Also, if you somehow find your way back into your old account then make sure you are not editing with both accounts at the same time and please contact an administrator to let them know which account you intend to edit with. Additionally, read up on the policies about user accounts before doing any editing when you have access to two accounts. The policies usually have links where you can contact ombudsman and stuff like that if you need to. I'm sure the rules are just technicalities and formalities. The most important thing will be that you inform somebody about what has been going on with your accounts as soon as you regain access to your old account and which one you intend to use as your primary. Thanks. Huggums537voted! (sign🖋️|📞talk) 09:56, 19 October 2025 (UTC)
- Hi Huggums, thanks for this, I think there isn't any prospect of me getting access to the old account as I have no way of accessing the verification code. I don't know how I'd go about getting around that issue. Given that's the case it could be an opportunity for a fresh start anyway Jack6754 (talk) 14:24, 19 October 2025 (UTC)
- I thought that might be the situation, but the other prospect popped into my head just in case. Take it easy my friend. "One day at a time" is a slogan I adopted from my early days in sobriety when I was in the 12-step path to recovery. Another slogan I adopted from those days which might be useful to you when proceeding from here is "keep it simple stupid" AKA the KISS principle of editing. I hope this helps! Huggums537voted! WP:0RR violation
You are under a WP:0RR restriction as part of your successful unblock. You are not permitted to revert anyone's edits. You violated that here. Any further violations may result in your block being reinstated without further warning. Note that WP:ARCHIVE may suffice for you with regard to this talk page. --Yamla (talk) 11:55, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
- Is blanking one's own user considered a revert? Why is that?
- Sorry, had no idea. Won't do it again.
- Guess I'll just leave this talk page to grow in length over time then. I don't like Archiving. Jack6754 (talk) 11:59, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
- See WP:0RR for more details. Your options for this page is to leave it as-is (i.e. not remove any content) or archive it. If you don't like archiving, that's your choice, you aren't obligated to do so. But you are obligated to adhere to your unblock conditions. --Yamla (talk) 12:00, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
- Doesn't the second exception apply here?
- "Reverting edits to pages in your own user space, as long as you are respecting the user page guidelines."
- from: Wikipedia:Edit warring#Exemptions
- This talk page is in my user space, doesn't that mean that reverting edits in this space, while respecting user page guidelines, is okay? The user page guidelines allow for blanking.
- Jack6754 (talk) 12:03, 28 October 2025 (UTC)
- Heh. You are correct. I unreservedly apologise. You are free to remove all content from this page, in accordance with WP:3RRNO, except for the unblock conditions themselves. If you choose to do so, please note WP:NOT3RR or something similar in your edit summary. --Yamla (talk) 12:06, 28 October 2025 (UTC)

Miscellania (nightclub) moved to draftspace
Thanks for your contributions to Miscellania (nightclub). Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability and Per WP:G4, although G4 is declined as not substantially the same, the recommendation is to move to draft until notability can be established and a fuller article exists. . I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. Sirfurboy🏄 (talk) 13:52, 29 October 2025 (UTC)

Australian food
Hey, Jack! Would love to find more sources for Steak sandwich (Australia). It's often hard to find book sources for food items from another country. A cookbook works if it actually discusses the dish rather than simply providing a recipe. Valereee (talk) 15:45, 12 November 2025 (UTC)
