Hello! Thank you. Can you please tell me how exactly to use this page you shared wp:oversight? Do I have to make a post there Wikipedia talk:Oversight or send them an email? I am not the person that page belong to, who was doxxed, so I cannot help to confirm real identity. It looks like a real address and phone number to me. No, do not do use its talk apge. Follow the instructions on the page I linked to, in the box which says "The fastest way to request oversight is to email the oversight team (oversight-en-wpwikipedia.org).
