Not a reason for deletion, but the draft title should not be SmartyLLC or even Smarty LLC, since we don't accept standard descriptors like Ltd, LLC, Pvt, AG or similar. Smarty (company) would be appropriate. Also headings should be in sentence case.

Thank you for declaring your conflict of interest. That doesn't mean you can write what you like, you must follow the guidance below:

• you must provide independent verifiable sources to enable us to verify the facts and show that it meets the notability guidelines. Sources that are not acceptable include those linked to the organisation or company, press releases, YouTube, IMDB, social media and other sites that can be self-edited, logs, websites of unknown or non-reliable provenance, and sites that are just reporting what the company or organisation claims or interviewing its management. Note that references should be in-line so we can tell what fact each is supporting, and should not be bare urls.

• Most of your sources appear to be press releases or interviews with your bosses rather than genuine independent third-party sources, and others appear to be just local media outlets rather than nationally or international reputable sources.

• The notability guidelines for organisations and companies have been updated. The primary criteria has five components that must be evaluated separately and independently to determine if it is met:

1. significant coverage in
2. independent,
3. multiple,
4. reliable,
5. secondary sources.

Note that an individual source must meet all four criteria to be counted towards notability.

• There is little about the company itself other than a location. To show notability you need hard verifiable facts such as the number of employees, management structure, turnover or profits. You give an employee range of 125–399 , but that isn't verified by its reference.

• You claim "recognition", but neither the awarding bodies nor the awards are linked to Wikipedia articles, which raises questions about their significance, and in any case a state-level award isn't really notable enough.

• You must write in a non-promotional tone. Articles must be neutral and encyclopaedic, with verifiable facts, not opinions or reviews.

• As I said before, there is little about the company itself, but lots of poorly sourced claims. So your supposed contributions to NIL for women are either direct quotes from the company leadership or press releases, whereas such claims need independent reviews rather than "we did this" with no proper evidence that you did.

• Similarly, most of your "applications" seem to be sourced to press releases or interviews.

• There shouldn't be any url links in the article, only in the "References" or "External links" sections.

• You had one that should heve been a reference.

• You must not copy text from elsewhere. Copyrighted text is not allowed in Wikipedia, as outlined in this policy. That applies even to pages created by you or your organisation, unless they state clearly and explicitly that the text is public domain. We require that text posted here can be used, modified and distributed for any purpose, including commercial; text is considered to be copyright unless explicitly stated otherwise. There are ways to donate copyrighted text to Wikipedia, as described here; please note that simply asserting on the talk page that you are the owner of the copyright, or you have permission to use the text, isn't sufficient.

• You need more wikilinks, eg Orem, Utah, software-as-a-service Provo, Utah

Before attempting to write an article again, please make sure that the topic meets the notability criteria linked above, and check that you can find independent third party sources. I've seen worse, and I'm prepared in principle to restore as a draft. You will need to give real facts about the company to establish notability, and remove or properly validate the Contributions to NIL claims. This has been a process. The page started in the article space, got deleted, I moved it to the Draft space, reviewed and rejected, now it was deleted out of the draft space also. Is there no place I can just leave it to keep working on it without worrying that someone else is going to feel the need to delete it? I have mentioned in the Draft talk page that I have no intention of submitting it to the general article space, ever, because of my conflict of interest. If someone else would like to submit it at some point, that is fine. If it never gets submitted, that is also fine. I would just like some place where I can keep collecting data and putting it together. Perhaps Wikipedia is not that place. In any case, can I please have all the contents back? I did not have a backup copy of all the links and other contents that were on the Draft and Talk pages. Jknacnud (talk) 21:38, 12 December 2025 (UTC)

There is nowhere on wikipedia that is not visible. There is nothing to stop your draft being nominated for speedy deletion again, so either improve as above or take a copy asap. also note that drafts won't be hosted indefinitely, they will be deleted six months after the laste edit.
