At User talk:Phoenix you have been seeking advice and help from Phoenix. Normally that would be a good thing to do, but she is blocked from editing, and she should not be taking part in any editing apart from matters relating to her block, such as making a request to be unblocked. I am not clear what I need to do next to publish the article. I know I have to clean up my sources and make sure they do not include Wikipedia, however, if looks like the sources have been changed by someone.
