OK. I won't do that mistake again...

Can I add the city of Victoria, Canada in the wiki page of Mediterranean climate along with its climate chart in the region of "the americas". Because, as per "koppen climate classification", the city of Victoria comes under the warm mediterranean climate/region but when I added it to the page, some Wikipedia editor reverted my edits and told that it was vandalism. • You must not copy text without attribution even from sites with a compatible license - that is plagiarism.
