I have been blocked because the conflict of interest on my first account (LolaFAMM) was not resolved. I did not realise that I having the name of the museum (who's page I am editing) would mark as a conflict of interest. I now only edit the museum page outside of working hours and before I did my internship there I was merely a fan and visitor and I just want to make the adjustments to the page from this perspective in mind.

I did not realise that my first username LolaFAMM was a conflict of interest when I was editing their page, I had no mal-intent! I recreated this new account with my personal email and only edit the museum page outside of my working hours and with the interests of a fan and visitor of the museum. I just want to update some of the information which is simply not true or out of date having spend a lot of time at the museum. We don't know if an email address is "personal" or "business", nor is that particularly relevant. You may use whatever email address you choose with an account(or even none at all) as it's not visible to the public, unless you reply to emails sent via Wikipedia.
