Regarding the WP:SIGCOV tag, the “Gazeta de Colombia” is a factual component of the History of journalism in Colombia. It functioned as one of the primary newspapers in circulation following the independence of the Viceroyalty of New Granada, making it relevant to the historical record of the region's press.

The article is currently integrated into Wikipedia's existing framework. I myself linked it to the History of journalism in Colombia article and connects chronologically to the Gazeta de Santa Fe de Bogotá, which was the first newspaper of the viceroyalty.

I will research further and attempt to enrich the references.
