Hello, I'm B.Jayden. I noticed that you made a change to an article, United Teachers Los Angeles, but you didn't provide a source. I’ve removed it for now, but if you’d like to include a citation to a reliable source and re-add it, please do so! If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. B⠄Jayden (talk) 05:05, 28 December 2025 (UTC)
- I was just about to add the source. Can you please restore it. ManicMary (talk) 05:09, 28 December 2025 (UTC)
- You have the source? Great, but, if I restore your edit, someone else might also do the same thing I did. To be safe, add the source to this page and hit publish. B⠄Jayden (talk) 05:15, 28 December 2025 (UTC)
- I just re-added with sources. ManicMary (talk) 05:34, 28 December 2025 (UTC)

Please do not add or change content, as you did at United Teachers Los Angeles, without citing a reliable source. Please review the guidelines at Wikipedia:Citing sources to see how to add references to an article. The sources don't say what you are saying (instead, it's a personal interpretation), and some of it is still entirely without a source. LordCollaboration (talk) 05:37, 28 December 2025 (UTC)
- There are three valid sources according to wiki guidelines ManicMary (talk) 05:40, 28 December 2025 (UTC)
- Please show where UTLA says "This resolution is a deviation from UTLA’s core mission which is to advocate for educator’s professional rights, improve teaching and learning positions and promote quality public education for all students." This is original research and not acceptable to add. And "This antisemitic nature of this resolution uniquely discriminates against Jewish students in the district" remains entirely unsourced. LordCollaboration (talk) 05:41, 28 December 2025 (UTC)
- I removed the last sentence about the Jewish students although that is obvious f rom the first reference and no research required. The deviation is also evident. The mission of the organization says absolutely nothing about taking positions on international conflicts. This is also obvious and requires no research showing that this action is well beyond the mission of the union. Please do not remove this again. ManicMary (talk) 06:18, 28 December 2025 (UTC)
- If the deviation is evident, then it should be mentioned in reliable sources. Then we can add it. We cannot add it based on your own interpretation. LordCollaboration (talk) 06:20, 28 December 2025 (UTC)
- Where in the mission does it state that they weigh in on international conflict. It’s not there and therefore evident. ManicMary (talk) 06:23, 28 December 2025 (UTC)
- Where in the mission statement does it say any of this? This is entirely your interpretation. "There were no other comparable resolutions made regarding other international conflicts such as Sudan or Ukraine nor has it adopted comparable resolutions addressing violence against any other minority group making this resolution selective and discriminatory. This resolution is a deviation from UTLA’s core mission which is to advocate for educator’s professional rights, improve teaching and learning positions and promote quality public education for all students."
- Again, you cannot put your own interpretations. LordCollaboration (talk) 06:29, 28 December 2025 (UTC)
- Please read the UTLA mission statement referenced in the article. There is nothing on international conflicts. ManicMary (talk) 06:30, 28 December 2025 (UTC)
- The reliable source is the mission statement on the UTLA website. ManicMary (talk) 06:24, 28 December 2025 (UTC)

Your recent editing history at United Teachers Los Angeles shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. This means that you are repeatedly changing a page's content back to how you believe it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree with your changes. Please stop editing the page and use the talk page to work toward creating a version of the page that represents consensus among the editors involved. Wikipedia provides a page explaining how this is accomplished. If discussions reach an impasse, you can request help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution such as a third opinion. In some cases, you may wish to request page protection while a discussion to resolve the dispute is ongoing.
If you continue edit warring, you may be blocked from editing Wikipedia—especially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's work—whether in whole or in part, or whether it involves the same or different material each time—counts as a revert. Also, please keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warring—even if you do not violate the three-revert rule— if things indicate that you intend to continue reverting content on the page. - Please comment on the below revisions that I would like to post. The valid references will remain in tact after you agree to the verbiage.
- On December 17, 2025, the United Teachers Los Angeles (UTLA) House of Representatives adopted a resolution stating that the union should refrain from endorsing candidates for public office who, as members of Congress, voted to provide military assistance to Israel.
- The resolution drew criticism from several organizations, including the Freedom Foundation, which alleged that UTLA’s focus on Israel constituted discriminatory treatment and reflected antisemitic bias.
- According to UTLA’s official mission statement, the union’s primary purpose is to advocate for educators’ professional rights, improve teaching and learning conditions, and promote quality public education for all students.
- According to UTLAs list of resolutions, there have been no other resolutions concerning a global conflict. ManicMary (talk) 19:35, 30 December 2025 (UTC)
According to UTLA’s official mission statement, the union’s primary purpose is to advocate for educators’ professional rights, improve teaching and learning conditions, and promote quality public education for all students. According to UTLAs list of resolutions, there have been no other resolutions concerning a global conflict.
- This entire part is original research. It has no connection to these allegations unless if a reliable, secondary source says that they are connected.

- This is fine, except "several organizations", which does not seem supported by the source. They mention one other organization, but don't say they agreed with this, just that they "sent a letter to Becky Pringle detailing the harassment Jewish teachers experienced at the most recent NEA conference in Portland." Please do not use styles that are nonstandard, unusual, inappropriate or difficult to understand in articles, as you did in Anglo-Dutch wars. There is a Manual of Style, and edits should not deliberately go against it without special reason. Thank you. CodeTalker (talk) 07:32, 18 January 2026 (UTC)
- thanks for the feedback. ManicMary (talk) 16:40, 18 January 2026 (UTC)

Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to set Preferences → Editing →
Prompt me when entering a blank edit summary (or the default undo summary). Thanks! Graywalls (talk) 06:51, 2 February 2026 (UTC)
