Hi Mickomicks, I'm not sure why you undid my edit on Typhoon Yagi. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 17:17, 7 December 2025 (UTC)

Stop icon Your recent editing history shows that you are currently engaged in an edit war. This means that you are repeatedly changing a page's content back to how you believe it should be, when you have seen that other editors disagree with your changes. Please stop editing the page and use the talk page to work toward creating a version of the page that represents consensus among the editors involved. Wikipedia provides a page explaining how this is accomplished. If discussions reach an impasse, you can request help at a relevant noticeboard or seek dispute resolution such as a third opinion. In some cases, you may wish to request page protection while a discussion to resolve the dispute is ongoing.

If you continue edit warring, you may be blocked from editing Wikipediaespecially if you violate the three-revert rule, which states that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Undoing another editor's workwhether in whole or in part, or whether it involves the same or different material each timecounts as a revert. Also, please keep in mind that while violating the three-revert rule often leads to a block, you can still be blocked for edit warringeven if you do not violate the three-revert rule if things indicate that you intend to continue reverting content on the page. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 19:57, 8 December 2025 (UTC)

This is your final warning to stop edit warring. You're welcome to try and change consensus, but please stop reverting on the Typhoon Yagi article. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 22:24, 9 December 2025 (UTC)

@Mickomicks, you must stop reverting other editors to your preferred version. You were reverted many times by countless editors, and you were blocked for three days, yet you've made another revert a moment ago. Please do not make another revert on that page unless you're okay with getting blocked again, and it may not be temporary. FourNoddlers (talk) 02:20, 14 December 2025 (UTC)

Please don't change the PAGASA intensity to what the attributed sources don't say. You claim that PAGASA called Typhoon Meranti a super typhoon, but the source says it was simply a typhoon. You've been making similar edits on other articles, so I suggest you refrain from making those edits to avoid any issues. FourNoddlers (talk) 14:52, 26 November 2025 (UTC)

Hello, I noticed that you may have recently made edits to Typhoon Rai while logged out. Please be mindful not to perform controversial edits while logged out, or your account risks being blocked from editing. Please consider reading up on Wikipedia's policy on multiple accounts before editing further. If this was not your intention, please remember to log in when editing. Thank you. Noted with thanks Mickomicks (talk) 05:12, 25 December 2025 (UTC)

Considering you are the only one who seems obsessed with the Typhoon Rai intro, I have to ask, was this edit you? You saying "noted" above sounds like an acknowledgment. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 00:14, 26 December 2025 (UTC)

i did not make that edit, i just recently made edits to Typhoon Rai without noticing i was logged out on my iPad. And i am not risking of being banned just for editing while logged out Mickomicks (talk) 00:41, 26 December 2025 (UTC)
This edit - did you do it? Are you this user? If so, you can't be claiming to be a different user, especially in talk pages. You have been warned repeatedly not to revert articles and to engage in discussion, but we can't have a productive discussion if you are writing both as Mickomicks and as the temporary number account. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 00:48, 26 December 2025 (UTC)

I would like to add Consensus for following the usual lead of this article (Typhoon Rai) Mickomicks (talk) 11:50, 26 December 2025 (UTC)
Which is “Typhoon Rai, known in the Philippines as Super Typhoon Odette. That part, so can i please have consensus for this lead. Every other article used this lead. Mickomicks (talk) 11:52, 26 December 2025 (UTC)

Mickomicks, don't ask for consensus for the lead on your talk page. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 18:07, 26 December 2025 (UTC)

You asked me to reach out

OK Mickomicks, you asked for me to reach out to your talk page. As I've said elsewhere, having a shorter intro to an article, such as Yagi, Rai, or Koto, is preferable to saying the Philippines twice, especially if the Philippines were the main area affected. Does that make sense? ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 17:15, 31 December 2025 (UTC)

Why is it a problem to mention the Philippines twice? Mickomicks (talk) 00:58, 2 January 2026 (UTC)
It's redundant and bad writing. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 01:02, 2 January 2026 (UTC)
If you dont want to mention the Philippines twice, then i recommend changing “severely affected the Philippines in mid December 2021” to “severely affected Visayas and Mindanao in mid December 2021”. We are mentioning the Philippines, but just not in a way of saying its name Mickomicks (talk) 14:44, 2 January 2026 (UTC)
Not everyone knows where the Visayas and Mindanao are, and it won't be obvious that those islands are in the Philippines. Is there a reason you are so insistent on the wording "known in the Philippines as..."? That is the problem I am trying to fix, because that wording created some issues, but you seem like you'll oppose any other wording. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 16:16, 2 January 2026 (UTC)

And i will join Reddit Mickomicks (talk) 13:23, 6 January 2026 (UTC)

Mickomicks I wish you luck in whatever you end up doing, just try being openminded and work with others, rather than insisting on doing things your own way. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 17:33, 6 January 2026 (UTC)

@Hurricanehink- And for the Wikipedia Owner and Administrator team (this is my absolute last comment). I would say you should allow people to be freer in every place, the reason i am departing Wikipedia is because the “Rules” are more like “Restrictions” to me, where i can’t be myself. Compared to Reddit, i can ask questions, express my feelings in places i like, and even have better conversations with the Reddit Community. While on Wikipedia, the so called “Rules” cant let me be myself, the conversations i get to are not calm and i feel like its “Badly” intensifying. Mickomicks (talk) 12:02, 7 January 2026 (UTC)
And thanks to that, i am mentally struggling (like 70% mentally struggling from the “Rules”) Mickomicks (talk) 12:03, 7 January 2026 (UTC)
Mickomicks, if you want if you are mad from Wikipedia, you can join the Hypothetical Hurricanes Wiki, you can make your own fictional hurricanes Mastercane F X (talk) 14:24, 7 January 2026 (UTC)
@Mastercane F X, i will try your suggestion, and maybe we can follow each other there Mickomicks (talk) 21:15, 7 January 2026 (UTC)

I have bad news Mickomicks - there are rules almost anywhere you go, whether it's online or in real life. You're allowed to ask questions here, you're just not allowed to engage in edit wars. Competency is required on this website, so if you can't follow the rules, yea, you are going to have a bad time. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 20:18, 7 January 2026 (UTC)

Im talking about Personal questions @Hurricanehink, like expressing your own feelings. Reddit and Possibly Hyphothetical Hurricanes Wiki encourages me to express my feelings. While Wikipedia doesnt. So my suggestion is you should allow people to be freer in Wikipedia Mickomicks (talk) 21:35, 7 January 2026 (UTC)
Wikipedia isn't a place meant to express feelings though, it's to write an encyclopedia. And an encyclopedia should not be based on feelings, but the objective truth. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 21:55, 7 January 2026 (UTC)
Honestly, a true encyclopedia has atleast mercy to users, it doesnt have too much “Rules” and basically its how a normal website would work (better Mutual Respect). I expected Wikipedia to atleast have good mutual respect, but look what i have got into. I have absolutely no offense but my nickname for this “encyclopedia” is “Absolute Encyclopedia but from Hell” Mickomicks (talk) 10:23, 8 January 2026 (UTC)
And if the encyclopedia “assumes good faith”, can you explain why there are too much rules in this “Wikipedia” Mickomicks (talk) 10:26, 8 January 2026 (UTC)
Ili only return if the administration team and owners team will remove some rules that has caused me trouble, because i believe that less rules is less effective, and more rules might contain more pressure, and more balanced rules make the encyclopedia fair (not too much rules), which i don’t think you will ever do. So that means i might never return. Mickomicks (talk) 10:30, 8 January 2026 (UTC)
But i am still free to chat with anyone Mickomicks (talk) 10:30, 8 January 2026 (UTC)
Untill the end of January Mickomicks (talk) 10:30, 8 January 2026 (UTC)
@Hurricanehink, read the messages after what you recently sent Mickomicks (talk) 10:31, 8 January 2026 (UTC)
@Hurricanehink An actual encyclopedia is a trusted, easy-to-read source of knowledge, designed for learning and understanding — not for enforcing complicated rules on the reader or contributor. Mickomicks (talk) 11:25, 8 January 2026 (UTC)
And a real encyclopedia shouldn’t pressure the user with rules
It should allow curiosity, exploration, and learning without making the reader feel restricted, overwhelmed, or stressed Mickomicks (talk) 11:25, 8 January 2026 (UTC)

Mercy? You've been given several chances. First off, you're allowed and encouraged to explore the encyclopedia as much as you want. However, the rules are enforced for editors (not readers) to make sure the website stays reliable. Second off, you've had plenty of chances to explain yourself in discussion, but instead you had to have things your own way. You were very disruptive with all of the typhoon articles, even though I kept telling you that there were other articles and tasks that needed work. Your edits did not add or improve the articles you worked on. If you're not improving things, then you are not being a productive editor. One last page you should read - WP:CIR. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 16:36, 8 January 2026 (UTC)

@Hurricanehink, and im done, shut up Mickomicks (talk) 21:28, 8 January 2026 (UTC)

Can you point me to a contribution that you were proud of, that did not involve the lead of an article? If you had at least one, then maybe I was wrong. ♫ Hurricanehink (talk) 22:39, 8 January 2026 (UTC)

@Hurricanehink, I really suggest you disengage from the discussion and ignore them. Mickomicks stated many times that they are no longer interested in editing, so convincing them to come back will only waste time.

stop Please stop moving the Mactan–Mandaue Bridge article without first reaching a clear consensus on the article's talk page.
