Yeah, not very welcoming, are you. Msubear42 (talk) 01:35, 21 February 2022 (UTC)
- Wikipedia requires that information be not only true, but also verifiable as explained in WP:VNT. If the stadium is commonly being referred to as "The Cent" by reliable sources which are independent of anyone associated with the stadium project, then it something that most likely be added to the article. There does, however, need to be someway for this to be verified and the best way to do this is to add a citation in support. If you're not sure how to add a citation to a Wikipedia article, please refer to Help:Referencing for beginners or provide the relevant information at Talk:Centene Stadium (St. Louis) and someone will try and help. Simply re-adding the same unsourced content and telling others to look it up is not acceptable practice since it's the responsibility of the person adding content to an article to make sure it can be verified as explained in WP:BURDEN. -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:39, 21 February 2022 (UTC)

- Just for reference, the undoing your edits was not personal. The people reverting you are actually trying to help avoid problems. Because Wikipedia has so many articles, much of the maintaining and monitoring of them is done automatically; so, when unsourced changes are made to articles, a WP:BOT most likely will notice them and often will assume the worst. When the same changed is made multiple times, red flags may be set off causing the article to be reviewed by administrators or other editors who monitor such changes. Sometimes these "monitors" have itchy trigger fingers; they might block or request a block first before and ask questions later. This is somewhat understandable given that there are over six million articles and quite a bit of WP:VANDALISM going on 24/7. The best way to avoid any such problems or misunderstandings is to avoid trying to force the same content into an article after it's been removed, and instead use the article talk page to address whatever the reasons were for its removal. This can also be a very good approach to follow if you're relatively new to Wikipedia and you're not sure why an edit you made was undone. Wikipedia has lots of policies and guidelines and article content is expected to be in accordance with them. New editors, in particular, might not be aware of such things; that's OK and mistakes are expected. Repeated mistakes, however, become harder to overlook and can often lead to warnings or stronger action being taken. -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:58, 21 February 2022 (UTC)

Lol
It’s wiki. Get over yourselves. Msubear42 (talk) 01:34, 21 February 2022 (UTC)
- Once again, if the content you want to add can be verified by a citation to a reliable source, then simply add that information to the article's talk page and someone will try and help you. Just add the names of the sources you want to cite to the article's talk page and someone will assess them and format them as citations if they're OK for Wikipedia's purposes. If you're not sure how to use an article talk page, please look at Help:Talk pages. If you continue to try and force this into the article, you're likely going to be run afoul of Wikipedia:Edit warring and Wikipedia:Three-revert rule, and either of these may lead to an administrator blocking your account. -- Marchjuly (talk) 01:45, 21 February 2022 (UTC)
