Thank you for the welcome message. I read the Alakmarsaify case because I was tagged and received the notification. I want to clarify that I am an independent editor and not connected to any other user. I am from Africa, but I genuinely respect Indian culture and topics, which is why I contribute to and support Indian-related pages on Wikipedia. I will continue doing so in the future. I would also like to request IP exemption, if possible, to avoid confusion in any future cases related to shared networks or coincidence. Muhskk (talk) 18:19, 2 February 2026 (UTC)
Do you mean WP:IPBE? That's only for people who are experiencing difficulty connecting to wikipedia because of various kinds of blocks. That's not your issue, and if you were to get IPBE and start using a proxy, you'd almost certainly be blocked as a sockpuppet on behaviour - it would make your account significantly more suspicious, not less. Just keep doing what you're doing. -- asilvering (talk) 18:22, 2 February 2026 (UTC)
To clarify the reason I mentioned IP-related issues is that I was initially unable to log in directly on enwiki and was seeing a block notice when attempting to do so... Because of that I first created my account via Luganda-Wiki then began editing here...If my area had not been affected by a block range at that time, I would have registered directly on enwiki. There was no intent to bypass scrutiny, and I am editing transparently under a single account. Muhskk (talk) 19:05, 2 February 2026 (UTC)

A cup of tea for you!

February 2026

It was just a coincidence this is not my first time on Wikipedia I have edited before and taken part in deletion discussions because I enjoy learning from them icommented on the Dinesh Soi page only because I felt the subject looked notable and I like working on film related topics there was no other intention. If that were the case, I would have recreated the same page again, which I did not. My recent work is on unrelated African regional topics and I have no connection to India in this matter Muhskk (talk) 16:42, 4 February 2026 (UTC)

Sorry fot late replay actually i am in working on my pratical office and see Id like to clarify a few things i sometimes use a chatbot only to help with language understanding and paragraph not to generate edits or write appeals for me i see everything myself before any edit.....Earlier I edited Wikipedia in Luganda using a temporary account purely to practice and understand how Wikipedia works Later i began editing the English Wikipedia i can write in English but since Wikipedia uses a more formal style I occasionally take help to improve wording. I do not use AI to mass-produce content and I had no intention to mislead anyone or bypass Wikipedia policies..Regarding sockpuppetry i have no intention of operating multiple accounts improperly...The Luganda editing was only for practice and was not connected to any coordination or agenda..I also acknowledge my mistake in making an inquiry related to an Indian topic (the Dinesh Soi page). That was an error on my part, and I apologize for it. To avoid further issues I will stay away from Indian-related topics going forward...
I hope this clears things up.. Muhskk (talk) 19:47, 5 February 2026 (UTC)

Admins are encouraged to look at this; they know that no individual new editor could know this. Drmies (talk) 16:26, 4 February 2026 (UTC)

That's because this account is a sock of User:Alakmarsaify and should have TPA revoked. SuperPianoMan9167 (talk) 15:21, 6 February 2026 (UTC)

Request reason:

This block appears to be based on a misunderstanding regarding sockpuppetry. I am an independent editor editing in good faith. I have no personal or professional connection to India; I am based in Africa and mainly contribute to African regional topics. Any similarity in editing interests or writing style was coincidental. I respectfully request a review of the block. Thank you.

Decline reason:

I'm sorry, but I don't believe this. Maybe you're a meatpuppet not a sockpuppet, and someone contacted you off-wiki to ask you intervene, but it makes no sense for an editor based in Africa to start out by taking counter-consensus positions in favor of articles related to India with prior sock contacts. * Pppery * it has begun... 02:37, 6 February 2026 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

(Non-administrator comment) Please don't use AI/LLM's to write your appeal, see WP:LLMAPPEAL. It's written in a very different way to your last comment and uses common AI phrasing so it looks likely to have been machine-generated. Apologies if you wrote this yourself by hand, but it feels like it wasn't. This might also help to explain the link by Drmies above, have you been using AI to generate your edits?

Also, you say above that this is not your first Wikipedia account - you wrote "this is not my first time on Wikipedia I have edited before".

What's the name of your previous account, please? Blue Sonnet (talk) 00:39, 5 February 2026 (UTC)
