That's a good question. I'd say... But, to be honest, I'm not great at answering judgment-based questions. :) Generally, I just try to follow what the majority of reliable sources collectively say. If there's another significant POV, I usually include it briefly as well. Hi! If the person is an upcoming youth leader, they may not yet meet Wikipedia's notability criteria. Wikipedia does not create articles based on future potential or expected significance (see WP:CRYSTAL). Before writing anything, I'd recommend checking whether there is already significant coverage about them in multiple independent, reliable sources (see WP:NBIO). If they appear to meet the criteria, you can submit a draft through the Article Wizard (WP:AFC). Otherwise, it's generally best to wait until sufficient coverage exists. As I said, every claim must be supported by reliable sources. The current draft doesn't even have a single source. However, I would recommend just leaving the draft for now. Hi! Uh, I just joined, and made two small-ish edits finding citations for things, and put two things on talk pages for "I found this much, but am not sure where to go from here". Going through and answering all the "I'm not sure about ..."s left unresolved in the talk page comments would probably be too much (and they can extremely wait), but would you be able to, just, quickly eyeball the two edits and the two comments to let me know if I'm on the right track in general, like am doing this meaningfully and usefully and not missing something extremely obvious? Hi! Welcome to Wikipedia, and thanks for your contributions! I've had a look at your edits, and I didn't notice any major issues. The two edits you made look perfectly fine. Finding sources and adding them is one of the best things you can do when you're just starting out.

As for the two talk page comments, those are completely fine too. One thing I'd suggest is being bold. If you think an edit is an improvement and it's not likely to be controversial, you can just make the edit directly. @ZsofiaPalo: Heyyy, that's a nice way to start.. Soooo, first check if the article already exists on the other Wikipedia. If it doesn't, start writing in your sandbox (if you are talking about Spanish Wikipedia, it is at es:User:ZsofiaPalo/sandbox.) From there, translate it section by section manually. Translation tools like Google Translate can be helpful to get a rough baseline, but always rewrite and polish the text yourself. A good workflow is to translate the readable prose first, and then add the templates, citations, and categories. Once everything looks good, you can move the draft into the mainspace (using the Move button on the right sidebar)..

By sourcing. That's the only issue. Currently, the draft has some sources, but none of them describe the subject (Draft:Martina Ambrosi) significantly. Only one source does so, which is this one, but CONI is not an independent source in her case per WP:INDEPENDENT. Hello, I have placed and article in my sandbox, having used Meta to make sure that all of my statements can be verified.
