Thank you for your edit to the disambiguation page Bilbo. However, please note that disambiguation pages are not articles; rather, they are meant to help readers find a specific article quickly and easily. From the disambiguation dos and don'ts, you should:
- Only list articles that readers might reasonably be looking for
- Use short sentence fragment descriptions, with no punctuation at the end
- Use exactly one navigable link ("blue link") in each entry
- Only add a "red link" if used in existing articles, and include a "blue link" to an appropriate article
- Do not pipe links (unless style requires it) – keep the full title of the article visible
- Do not insert external links or references

- Hi Donald. Thank you for your careful review.
- I think adding the link for The Hobbit in Bilbo makes sense. The French, the title of the book The Hobbit is either:
- - Le Hobbit, or
- - Bilbo le Hobbit.
- In searching "Bilbo" today in https://en.wikipedia.com/, I was actually searching for the plot summary, in English, of the book that I thought was named Bilbo the Hobbit.
- I understand that is probably far-fetched. Anyway I trust your judgment because you have a lot more knowledge of the rules in Wikipedia EN. The rules in Wikipedia FR are a bit different (see fr:Bilbo for example). Rineau (talk) 13:46, 25 March 2026 (UTC)
