Hi! Thank you for reviewing my article.

I just got started as a Wikipedia editor and I'm having trouble distinguishing whether or not a reference is reliable and qualified. I have looked up Wikipedia:Notability thoroughly, but the definitions are somewhat vague and some even conflict with several references in actual articles.
