- As far as I can remember, the sources I use for OurCampaigns cite the source they use for their maps, they don't just make them up out of thin air. I imagine that there are some circumstances where a source isn't cited, but that is not the norm. ZackCarns (talk) 21:52, 22 June 2025 (UTC)

Data used for Missouri gubernatorial county Map
Any chance you have this data? MO provides a dataset but includes Kansas City which isn't a county/county equivalent. So, I was wondering if you had a full dataset of the results by county. Thanks. ~2025-44125-08 (talk) 15:19, 31 December 2025 (UTC)
- Which election exactly? ZackCarns (talk) 17:36, 31 December 2025 (UTC)
- If possible, I'm looking for the precinct data for 2024, 2020, and 2016 (MO Governor's race only). ~2025-44125-08 (talk) 20:50, 1 January 2026 (UTC)
January 2026
Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to 1821 Connecticut lieutenant gubernatorial election when you modified the page, you introduced unknown parameters. Just because you specify |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance.

1876 Rhode Island Presidential Election
Hello, I would like to ask you where you found the municipality data for the 1876 Rhode Island Election? And, is there information for other Rhode Island Presidential Elections (Municipalities) Post 1824 and Pre 1876? (Since Information can be found for all other elections) ~2026-16420-89 (talk) 03:10, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- I didn't make the 1876 map, but I'm pretty sure that the source was the manual for Rhode Island in 1876/77. The same manual doesn't seem to publish results on a municipal level from 1872 and before, so I don't know where to find a source for elections from the time frame. ZackCarns (talk) 09:28, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- If you did not make the map then my bad. That said, it does say on the Revision History that you added the municipality map in January of this year. Thank you for the directions, but I just checked the 1876/77 Manual book and did not find the election data. Is there anywhere else you think the data is? ~2026-16420-89 (talk) 15:17, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- I added it to the article, but the map was made by someone else. I have no idea where the source of the map could be. ZackCarns (talk) 17:38, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
- I see. Well then, who made the map? Could you direct me to the one who made the map? The answers I am looking for can be answered by them. And if you do not know the answer to that, then where did you find the map? (Since it seems like you transferred the map from somewhere else to here) ~2026-16420-89 (talk) 17:41, 16 March 2026 (UTC)
