Vagrinec (Hungarian: Felsővargony, until 1899: Vagrinyecz) is a village and municipality in Svidník District in the Prešov Region of north-eastern Slovakia.
In historical records the village was first mentioned in 1548.
Geography
The municipality lies at an altitude of 269 metres (883 ft)[2] and covers an area of 5.52 km2 (2.13 sq mi) (2025).[4]
