Verdun-Ciel (French pronunciation: [vɛʁdɛ̃ sjɛl]) is a commune in the eastern French department of Saône-et-Loire. It was formed on 1 January 2025 with the merger of Verdun-sur-le-Doubs and Ciel.^[3]
