Villa Santa Lucia degli Abruzzi is a village and comune (municipality) in the Province of L'Aquila in the region of Abruzzo in southern Italy. It has 76 inhabitants.[3]
It is located in the Gran Sasso e Monti della Laga National Park.

As of 2026, the population is 76, of which 50% are male, and 50% are female. Minors make up 7.9% of the population, and seniors make up 56.6%.[4] It has the 2nd highest share of seniors of all municipalities in Italy.
