Warsaw Formation

The Warsaw Formation is a geologic formation in Illinois, Iowa and Missouri. It preserves fossils dating back to the Mississippian subperiod. Brachiopod, bryozoan, and crinoid fossils are common, particularly the bryozoan Archimedes.[2]
