Zelotes doddieburni is a species of spider in the family Gnaphosidae.[2] It is commonly known as Zimbabwe dark ground spider.[3]

Zelotes doddieburni is a southern African endemic distributed across Zimbabwe and South Africa.[2] In South Africa, it is recorded from only one locality in Limpopo at 1,052 m above sea level.[3]

The species is known from Wylie's Poort in Limpopo.[3]

Habitat and ecology

The species inhabits the Savanna biome. These are free-running ground spiders that are found under stones during the day.[3]
