La Branche B de la ligne verte du métro de Boston, également appelé la Branche de Commonwealth Avenue ou la Branche de Boston College, est une branche de la Ligne verte de la Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority dans la région de Boston. Cette ligne longe Commonwealth Avenue avec des véhicules légers sur rail. Après la descente de Blandford Street, elle se joint aux branches C et D à Kenmore Station, et plus tard se joint à la branche E à Copley Station. La branche commence à Government Center Station au centre-ville de Boston et court par Kenmore Square, l'Université de Boston, et les banlieues de Allston et Brighton avant arrive à son terminus à Boston College Station.
