L'Epthianure orangée (Epthianura aurifrons) est une espèce d'oiseaux de la famille des Meliphagidae, native d'Australie.

Description

Une femelle.

Cet oiseau mesure 11-12 cm.

Habitat

Elle fréquente notamment les zones de Maireana, Allocasuarina luehmannii, Acacia aneura, Myoporum platycarpum (en)[2].

Répartition

Elle vit à travers l'Outback[3].

Systématique

L'espèce Epthianura aurifrons a été décrite pour la première fois en 1838 par l'ornithologue britannique John Gould (1804-1881)[4].
